Any construction work is governed by a separate written contract between you and Bora Inc, and pricing and timelines are confirmed only in that contract.
SMS / text messaging terms
- Program description. Bora Inc sends customer care text messages to people who request an estimate or contact us through our website chat widget or our Facebook and Instagram lead forms. Messages include responses to estimate requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-up about your inquiry or project.
- How you opt in. You opt in either by submitting our website chat widget, which displays SMS consent language directly above the submit button, or by checking the optional SMS consent box on a Bora Inc lead form on Facebook or Instagram. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can always request an estimate by calling or emailing us instead.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
- How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
